Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Monica graduated with a degree in Fine Arts/ Fashion Design and then earned her MBA in Fashion and Garment studies. Monica moved to the United States in 2002 and made her home in Florida. She started her career in retail merchandising at The Boca Raton Resort and Club, where she worked for over fifteen years as a Merchandiser and Buyer. She then spent the next decade at Delaire Country Club and Lynn University working in similar positions.

We are excited to bring Monica’s successful experience in both merchandising and the South Florida country club industry to Bear Lakes. Her keen eye for fashion and superior customer service will certainly make your shopping experience improve and evolve our custom order programming to the next level. When away from work, Monica enjoys spending time with her Husband, and two teenage children.
